We went to visit the national mall where all the memorials can be found. It is a very big park, but the weather is scortching hot!
Washington Monument is the most prominent in the park, in memorial of US 1st president.
Thomas Jefferson Memorial, he had a lot of proverb about liberty, the statue is inside the building ( black shadow in the middle).
Of course there is the famous white house. Beautiful, grand.
